What happens if i am late and your closed?

Please contact us if you are going to be late to return equipment. We unfortunately cannot cater for after-hours drop off.

The tool I have hired has stopped working

If you have any issues or questions about the equipment you have hired, please contact us on 0456 716 118 – 7 days a week. If we don’t answer the phone, please leave a message and we will return your call ASAP.

I didnt use the tool can I get a refund

We don’t offer refunds for unused tools.

Do you offer delivery?

Delivery is available, subject to availability. There is an additional cost for delivery and collection.

I was unable to use the tool/ equipment due to weather. Can I get a refund?

We don’t offer refunds due to weather. Please ensure you check weather forecasts prior to hire.

Do i need to fill the fuel tank before returning?

Yes – unless otherwise informed

Can I drop off my tool out of hours?

We unfortunately cannot cater for after-hours drop off.

Do you offer trade accounts?

Yes, to ABN holders only and minimum spend applies

Does the tool come with instructions?

Yes, you will be provided with a demonstration and verbal instructions. User manuals are also available on our website for all machinery and equipment.

What if I need to cancel my booking?

We ask for 24 hours’ notice of cancellations.
