The Red Roo Hydraulic Post Hole Digger (DHS model) is a petrol‑powered auger system designed for safe, efficient, and reliable hole digging in fencing, landscaping, and construction projects. Powered by a 9 hp Honda GX270 4‑stroke engine, it delivers strong hydraulic torque without the need for belts, gears, or shear pins, reducing maintenance and improving reliability.

This digger is designed for simple, safe, single‑person operation, with a spring‑loaded operating lever that automatically returns to neutral for added safety. The hydraulic system allows dual rotation of the auger (forward and reverse), making it easier to clear jams and remove the auger from the ground.

Augers are available in sizes ranging from 100 mm (4″) to 350 mm (14″) in diameter, with a standard digging depth of 900 mm (35″), extendable with optional 500 mm extensions.
